One day in August…

What an absolutely beautiful day - it was a pleasure to film. The first thing that struck me when putting this film together was how happy everybody was, almost every shot had people smiling. The venue was absolutely beautiful and you all did a great job in cutting the grass down ready - it really was an idyllic location.

The reading in the church was stunning and easily one of the best delivered I’ve ever heard, which is a dream when putting the film together! All of the readings were funny and heartfelt and perfectly summed up the mood and atmosphere of the whole day.
